Springing Into the Season!

As the winter season came to an end, we caught something that soon spread throughout our entire office – Spring Fever! It’s the season of smiles, parties, vacations, and prep work, and our office is in full swing. We have huge plans for the season, so we want to share how we like to celebrate spring at Castro Valley Orthodontics.

We’re big believers in decluttering and spring cleaning, so one of the first things we like to do is look at what items are outdated and clean them out. One of the goals for the season is to finish our renovations, and if we have too much clutter and unused items, it’ll just get in the way. And speaking of renovations…

Check out our game room! Nothing like a little play time to unwind a bit, right? We’re so proud of how it has turned out, and we’re really looking forward to people using this room to their heart’s content while they wait for their appointments.

As much as we enjoy spring cleaning, nothing can beat a good party! We’re so excited to start planning our seasonal parties and get-togethers. With ice cream socials for our patients and fiestas for our referring doctors, our schedule is loaded with amazing events for all. And how can we forget the big party of the season – St. Patrick’s Day! Our office was decorated with a splash of green to celebrate the occasion (and maybe we were providing a small pinch or two).

A big push is to declutter the office, but we also want to declutter our minds this year.  Finding balance is important for all, and the proper balance can make a massive difference in your lifestyle. Maybe it’s going out and enjoying the spring weather over lunch with friends, or maybe, if you’re like Dr. Susan, a revitalizing European trip by the ocean – one can hope! Dr. Susan also finds exercise to be a great way to relieve stress and find balance, and she just ran the Los Angeles Marathon on March 18. We were so excited to cheer her on!

Spring truly is one of the most gorgeous times of the year, and what our office wants more than anything is to keep making many happy smiles. We encourage you all to go out and enjoy the lovely weather, get your plans in order, find your balance, and, of course, protect that smile (be sure to not overdo it on the gummy candies)!

From our office to you, we hope your spring is absolutely breathtaking!
